3. Domain & Hosting

Payments made for:

• Domain Registration
• Domain Renewal
• Web Hosting
• SSL Certificates
• Premium Themes
• Premium Plugins
• Third-Party Software Licenses

are strictly non-refundable, as these are purchased from third-party providers.

4. Advance Payments

Advance payments are made to reserve project resources and begin work.

• Once the project has started, advance payments are non-refundable.
• If the client cancels the project after work has commenced, charges for work completed up to the cancellation date will apply.

5. Digital Marketing Services

Due to the nature of digital marketing services:

• Monthly retainers are non-refundable.
• Advertising budgets paid to Google, Meta, or any third-party advertising platform are non-refundable.
• We do not guarantee specific rankings, leads, or sales.

6. Project Cancellation

Clients may request project cancellation at any time.

However:

• Payments for completed work will not be refunded.
• Work already delivered remains billable.
• Any purchased third-party resources will not be refunded.

7. Duplicate Payments

If a duplicate payment is made due to a technical error, we will verify the transaction and process the refund for the duplicate amount within a reasonable timeframe.

8. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

• Refunds will be processed using the original payment method wherever possible.
• Processing time may take 7–14 business days, depending on the payment provider or banking institution.

9. Service Dissatisfaction

If you are not satisfied with our service, we encourage you to contact us first.

We will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns, provide revisions where applicable, and work toward a mutually acceptable solution before considering any refund request.
