Prices may change without prior notice unless confirmed in writing.
Additional work requested outside the approved scope may incur additional charges.
Taxes, if applicable, will be charged separately.
5. Payment Terms
Projects generally require an advance payment before work begins.
Remaining payments shall be made according to the agreed payment schedule.
Delayed payments may result in suspension of work, website access, hosting services, or project delivery.
All payments made are subject to the agreed refund policy.
6. Project Timeline
Project timelines depend on:

Prompt client approvals.
Scope changes during development.
Technical or third-party dependencies.
Delays caused by the client may extend the delivery timeline accordingly.
7. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
Provide accurate information.
Submit required content, images, logos, and documents on time.
Ensure they have legal rights to all supplied materials.
Review submitted work within a reasonable period.
Provide clear feedback and approvals.
8. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed:
All client-provided content remains the property of the client.
Source code, graphics, designs, and project assets become the client’s property only after full payment has been received.
Koderma Web Solutions reserves the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio unless restricted by a written agreement.
9. Domain & Hosting
If domain registration or hosting is arranged through us:
Renewal charges are the client’s responsibility.
Failure to renew before the due date may result in suspension or loss of services.
We are not responsible for domain expiration due to non-payment.
10. SEO & Digital Marketing
While we follow industry best practices:
We cannot guarantee first-page rankings on Google or other search engines.
Search engine algorithms frequently change.
Advertising performance depends on competition, industry, budget, audience, and platform policies.
Marketing results may vary from business to business.
11. Third-Party Services
Our services may involve third-party providers including:
Domain registrars
Hosting providers
Payment gateways
Google
Meta
Microsoft
Other software platforms
We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, pricing changes, or technical issues caused by third-party providers.
12. Content Responsibility
The client is solely responsible for all content submitted for use on the website or marketing campaigns.
The client confirms that submitted content:
Does not violate any law.
Does not infringe copyright or trademarks.
Does not contain defamatory, illegal, misleading, or offensive material.
13. Website Maintenance
Unless covered under a maintenance agreement:
Ongoing updates are chargeable.
Backup services are provided only if included in the service plan.
Emergency fixes may incur additional charges.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Koderma Web Solutions shall not be liable for:
Business losses
Revenue loss
Data loss
Search ranking fluctuations
Website downtime caused by third parties
Cyberattacks
Server failures
Indirect or consequential damages
15. Confidentiality
Any confidential business information shared by the client will be handled with reasonable care and will not be disclosed to third parties except where required by law or necessary to deliver the agreed services.
16. Cancellation
Either party may cancel the project by providing written notice.
The client shall be responsible for payment for all work completed up to the cancellation date.
17. Refund Policy
Refunds are subject to the agreed service terms.
Generally:
Advance payments for work already completed are non-refundable.
Domain registrations, hosting, software licenses, premium plugins, and third-party purchases are non-refundable.
Custom development work is non-refundable once development has started.
18. Career Applications
By submitting a job application through our website:
You confirm that the information provided is accurate.
You authorize us to review and process your application.
Submission of an application does not guarantee employment.
We may retain your application for future recruitment opportunities.
